Eligibility Criteria: Qualifications, Experience & Upper Age Limit

1. Educational Qualification & Post-Qualification Experience

• Academic Credentials: Regular 3-Year Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in the final year (50% for SC category candidates).

• Work Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience (as on 01.07.2026) in secretarial assistance, executive support, or office management roles in government, PSU, or reputed commercial organizations.

• Note: Apprenticeship training, internships, or academic project periods will not be counted towards the 4-year experience requirement.

2. Upper Age Limit (As on 01/07/2026)

• General / UR / EWS: Maximum 32 Years.

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Maximum 35 Years.

• Scheduled Castes (SC): Maximum 37 Years.

• PwBD Candidates: 42 Years (UR/EWS), 45 Years (OBC-NCL), 47 Years (SC).

• Departmental Candidates: Additional 5 years age relaxation.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The candidate selection methodology comprises a two-stage evaluation:

1. Online Written Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective-type test of 90 minutes duration containing 100 questions (50 Domain/Discipline questions and 50 Aptitude/General Awareness questions). Merit list is prepared based 100% on performance in the Online Test.

2. Skill Test (Qualifying Nature): Candidates shortlisted from the CBT will undergo a practical skill test assessing computer knowledge, secretarial skills, and communication capabilities. Candidates must secure 60 marks out of 100 (55 marks for SC) to qualify.

3. Document Verification & Pre-Employment Medical Test: Final step to confirm eligibility and physical standards.
