Training Schedule & Engineering Degree
Cadets selected through TES 57 complete a 4-year technical and military preparation program:

Stipend & Degree: During training, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 56,100 under Level 10. On successful completion of the program, they will be awarded a B.Tech degree.
SSB Shortlisting & Selection Phases

Initial Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their JEE (Main) rank along with their performance in the 10+2 PCM subjects.

SSB Evaluation: Shortlisted candidates undergo a 5-day assessment (Psychological, GTO, and Personal Interview) at Selection Centres located in Prayagraj, Bhopal, Bengaluru, or Jalandhar.
