- Applications need to be submitted online only at https://indiapost.gov.in/gdsonlineengagement. Applications sent through any other way will not be accepted.
- The application process has two parts: (A) One-Time Registration (OTR) and (B) Filling of Online Application.
- Candidates must have their own active email address and mobile number for registration.
- Once registered, the same mobile number and email address cannot be used again for another person's registration.
- Before starting the One-Time Registration, make sure you have ready: a mobile number (which will be verified with an OTP), an email address (which will be verified with an OTP), and details about your board and the year you passed the 10th standard exam.
- To start the One-Time Registration, click on the "Candidate Login/Register" button, then select "New Candidate Registration".
- After registration, a registration number will be created and sent to your registered mobile number and email address.
- To submit your application, log in using your registration number and password.
- Fill all details in the online application form, including personal information, board/educational details, division selection, and post preference.
- Upload a recent photo (JPG/JPEG format, between 30 KB to 100 KB, recommended size 320×400 pixels) and a signature (JPG/JPEG format, between 20 KB to 100 KB, recommended size 300×120 pixels).
- Preview your application before final submission.
- If there is a fee, pay it before finalizing your submission.
- Candidates can apply for one or more vacant posts, but only in one selected division.
- When choosing a division, select your preferred posts based on community, age, PwD status, and languages studied.
- If you are shortlisted for more than one post, only the first one in the order of preference will be offered, and you will lose eligibility for the others.
